Text

(a)"Public practice of geology" means the performance of service to the public in connection with the geological description, location, or evaluation of:
(1)geological materials, liquids, and gases; and
(2)the natural processes acting upon them.
(b)The term includes geological:
(1)consulting;
(2)investigating;
(3)evaluating;
(4)designing; and
(5)planning.
