Text
The board may issue a license to an individual who:
(1)is licensed, certified, or registered in another state or territory
of the United States that has requirements determined by the
board to be substantially equivalent to the requirements specified
in this article;
(2)is in good standing in the other state or territory;
(3)applies in the manner required by the board; and
(4)pays an application fee specified by the board.
