Text
"Genetic supervision" refers to the assessment by:
(1)an individual who is licensed under this article; or
(2)a physician licensed under IC 25-22.5;
of an individual who is issued a temporary genetic counselor license.
The term includes regular meetings and chart review under a genetic
supervision contract entered into by both parties.
