A person that uses the title "funeral
director", "mortician", "undertaker", "funeral service licensee", "funeral
director intern", "embalmer", "funeral home manager", or a variant of
any of these titles without a funeral director license or a funeral director
intern license issued under this article commits a Class B infraction.
