§ 25-15-7-3 — Funeral homes; changing, transferring, or assigning name
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 15 EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS·Ch. 7 Transfer and Assignment of Licenses; Name Changes;
The board may not prohibit a funeral home licensee from:
(1)changing the licensee's name; or
(2)transferring or assigning the licensee's name to another funeral
home licensee.
