Text

An applicant for a funeral director license, who is licensed in another state with requirements that are substantially equal to the requirements in section 3(b) of this chapter, as determined by the board, may be exempted by the board from the examination requirement under section 3(b)(5) of this chapter or the one (1) year supervised practice period requirement under section 3(b)(6) of this chapter.
