§ 25-15-2-6 — "Cremate"
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 15 EMBALMERS AND FUNERAL DIRECTORS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Cremate" means to incinerate human remains
and to mechanically or manually reduce the bone fragments of the
remains to unidentifiable bone fragments.
