Except as provided in section 3 of this chapter, an individual who does not hold a certificate issued under this article before July 1, 2019, or a license issued under this article after June 30, 2019, may not:

(1)profess to be a licensed dietitian; or
(2)imply by words or letters such as "LD" that the individual is a licensed dietitian.
