Text
(a)The board may conduct examinations
under IC 25-14.5-4-1(4) in a manner prescribed by the board.
(b)The board may conduct any part of the examinations through a
person other than the agency that is approved by the board. The agency
may conduct any part of the examinations when so designated by the
board.
