Text

The board may require a person who:

(1)applies for licensure as a dietitian under this article; and
(2)has obtained the person's education outside of the United States and its territories; to have the person's academic degree or degrees validated by an organization approved by the board. The validating organization must state that the degree is equivalent to a baccalaureate or master's degree conferred by a regionally accredited college or university located in the United States.
