Text
(a)A dentist may not be required to:
(1)administer an immunization; or
(2)complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of this
chapter;
if the dentist chooses not to administer immunizations.
(b)If a dentist chooses not to administer immunizations, the dentist
is not required to complete a course of training under section 1(a)(3) of
this chapter to maintain a license to practice as a dentist in this state.
