Indiana Statutes
§ 25-14-4-7 — Injunctive relief
(a)This section is in addition to the penalty
imposed under section 6 of this chapter.
(b)Whenever there is a violation of this chapter, the attorney
general may seek an injunction in a circuit or superior court with
jurisdiction in the county where the violation occurred to enjoin and
restrain the continuance of the violation.
(c)If the court finds that the defendant has violated this chapter, an
injunction may be issued by the court enjoining and restraining any
further violation without requiring proof that any person has been
injured or damaged by the defendant's action.
