Text
Except as otherwise provided in section 5 of
this chapter, a dentist shall see that each partial denture the dentist
delivers to a patient in Indiana is marked in the manner prescribed in
this chapter if the partial denture has been fabricated, rebased, or
duplicated by the dentist or pursuant to a work order issued by the
dentist.
