§ 25-14-2-2 — Marking denture
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 14 DENTISTS·Ch. 2 Marking Requirements for Dentures and Partial Dentures
Except as otherwise provided in section 5 of
this chapter, a dentist shall see that each denture the dentist delivers to
a patient in Indiana is marked in the manner prescribed in this chapter
if the denture has been fabricated by the dentist or under a work order
issued by the dentist.
