5.
(a)The board may issue a dental faculty
license. An applicant for a license under this section must meet the
following requirements:
(1)Be a graduate of an American Dental Association recognized
dental program, as determined by the board.
(2)Be employed by a recognized dental school.
(b)An individual granted a dental faculty license under this section:
(1)may use the license only to practice at the school where the
individual is employed and as a part of the individual's research
or teaching responsibilities; and
(2)may not use the license to obtain:
(A)a license under section 3 of this chapter; or
(B)reciprocity or endorsement under this article.
(c)The board shall set the license fee under section 13 of this
chapter.
