§ 25-14-1-28 — Severability
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 14 DENTISTS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Dentists; Creation of Board
If any provision of this chapter as amended
be decided by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such
unconstitutional or invalid provision shall be considered severable
from the remainder of this chapter and shall be exscinded therefrom,
and the same shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole, or
any part thereof, other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional
or invalid.
