§ 25-14-1-15 — Attorney's fees

If judgment is rendered in favor of the
plaintiff in any action brought under the provisions of this chapter, the
court rendering the judgment shall also render judgment for reasonable
attorney's fees in the action in favor of the plaintiff and against the
defendant, and when collected the fees shall be paid to the attorney or
the attorneys of the plaintiff and if paid to the attorney general or to any
prosecuting attorney shall be additional to any compensation otherwise
allowed by law.
