§ 25-13-3-2 — "Access practice agreement"
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 13 DENTAL HYGIENISTS·Ch. 3 Access Practice Agreements
As used in this chapter, "access practice agreement" means an agreement that:
(1)is entered into by a licensed dentist and a dental hygienist that
allows the dental hygienist to provide preventive dental hygiene
services directly to a patient; and
(2)complies with the requirements of this chapter.
