§ 25-13-1-15 — Review of board's action; procedure
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 13 DENTAL HYGIENISTS·Ch. 1 Regulation of Dental Hygienists by State Board of
Any licensee, or applicant for a license,
aggrieved by the action of the board shall have the right of review of
the board's actions thereon under the procedure provided in IC 4-21.5.
