§ 25-11-1-8 — Forms, orders, rules, and regulations; money collected

The secretary of state shall issue forms and
orders and adopt and enforce such rules and regulations, not in conflict
with the provisions of this chapter, as are advisable or necessary to
carry out the provisions of this chapter. All money collected under the
provisions of this chapter shall be deposited by the treasurer of state
into the general fund of the state.
