§ 25-11-1-6 — Records

The secretary of state shall keep in the secretary of state's office a record of all applications for licenses and all bonds required to be filed, including a statement as to whether a license, renewal license, or provisional license has been issued under each application and bond, and if revoked or suspended, the date of the filing of the order of revocation or suspension. The secretary of state shall maintain a list of all individuals, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies, or corporations who have had their license revoked or suspended, and the secretary of state shall keep a written record of all complaints filed against any licensee.
