§ 25-11-1-14 — Delegation by secretary of state

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 11 COLLECTION AGENCIES·Ch. 1 Licensing of Collection Agencies by Secretary of State

The secretary of state may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary of state under this chapter to:

(1)the securities commissioner appointed under IC 23-19-6-1(a); or
(2)any other designee under the supervision and control of the secretary of state.
