§ 25-11-1-14 — Delegation by secretary of state

The secretary of state may delegate any or all of the rights, duties, or obligations of the secretary of state under this chapter to:
(1)the securities commissioner appointed under IC 23-19-6-1(a);
or
(2)any other designee under the supervision and control of the
secretary of state.
