§ 25-11-1-12 — Violations
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 11 COLLECTION AGENCIES·Ch. 1 Licensing of Collection Agencies by Secretary of State
(a)A person who violates this chapter
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)The prosecuting attorney of any judicial circuit upon the
complaint of the secretary of state, shall prosecute all violations of this
chapter occurring within his jurisdiction.
