§ 25-11-1-12 — Violations

Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 11 COLLECTION AGENCIES·Ch. 1 Licensing of Collection Agencies by Secretary of State
(a)A person who violates this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)The prosecuting attorney of any judicial circuit upon the complaint of the secretary of state, shall prosecute all violations of this chapter occurring within his jurisdiction. Formerly: Acts 1937, c.92, s.12; Acts 1955, c.304, s.12. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2526.
