Text
As used in this chapter, "chiropractic
management consultant" means any person doing business in Indiana
for the purpose of offering consulting services to chiropractors
regarding the administration and operation of their practice. The term
does not include persons engaged in the medical claims review under
IC 27-8-16 or utilization review under IC 27-8-17.
