Text

6. A person who:

(1)is licensed to practice chiropractic by a board or licensing agency of another state or jurisdiction; and
(2)meets the requirements established by the board under section 1.5 of this chapter; may be issued a temporary permit limited by terms and conditions considered appropriate by the board. A temporary permit issued under this section is valid for a nonrenewable period of not more than thirty
(30)days.
