Text
Applicants who are and have been residents of
the state of Indiana and who have practiced chiropractic in the state of
Indiana for at least one (1) year immediately prior to December 1,
1954, shall be exempted from the educational requirements as provided
by this chapter: provided, that application for a license and examination
shall be made within sixty (60) days after March 4, 1955. All such
applicants shall be given an examination in accordance with the
provisions of this chapter, to determine their ability to practice
chiropractic. Such applicants shall not be discriminated against by the
board for their participation in any legal proceedings brought under the
provisions of the former Indiana Medical Practice Act, (Acts 1897,
c.169, as amended) where the primary issue was the practicin
