§ 25-10-1-10 — Fees; use and disposition

All fees collected under this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund of this state and shall be paid out only by warrant of the state comptroller, upon the treasurer of state. All money appropriated to the board shall be used for the purpose of administering this chapter and may not be used for any other purposes. Formerly: Acts 1955, c.42, s.11.
