§ 25-1-9-7 — Physical or mental examination; power to require

The board may order a practitioner to submit to
a reasonable physical or mental examination, at the practitioner's own
expense, if the practitioner's physical or mental capacity to practice
safely is at issue in a disciplinary proceeding.
