Text
In addition to section 4 of this chapter, a
practitioner licensed to practice veterinary medicine or registered as a
veterinary technician is subject to the exercise of the disciplinary
sanctions under section 9 of this chapter if, after a hearing, the board
finds a practitioner has engaged in cruelty to animals.
