§ 25-1-7-4 — Complaints; requisites; standing
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 7 Investigation and Prosecution of Complaints Concerning
All complaints must be written and signed by
the complainant and initially filed with the director. Except for
employees of the attorney general's office acting in their official
capacity, a complaint may be filed by any person, including members
of any of the entities described in IC 25-0.5-8.
