Text
(a)The executive director shall designate certain
employees of the licensing agency to represent the executive director
of the licensing agency at board meetings, proceedings, or any other
activities of a board.
(b)The executive director shall assign staff to individual boards and
shall work with the boards to ensure efficient utilization and placement
of staff.
