§ 25-1-6-3 — Indiana professional licensing agency; functions, duties, and responsibilities

(a)The licensing agency shall perform all administrative functions, duties, and responsibilities assigned by law or rule to the executive director, secretary, or other statutory administrator of the entities described in IC 25-0.5-7.
(b)Nothing in this chapter may be construed to give the licensing agency policy making authority, which remains with each board. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.222, SEC.3.
