§ 25-1-6-2 — Definitions
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 6 Professional Licensing Agency Functions and Duties
The following terms are defined for this chapter:
(1)"Board" means any agency, board, advisory committee, or
group described in IC 25-0.5-7.
(2)"Licensing agency" means the Indiana professional licensing
agency created by IC 25-1-5-3.
