§ 25-1-5-2 — Definitions
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 5 Professional Licensing Agency
The following terms are defined for this chapter:
(1)"Agency" means the Indiana professional licensing agency
established by section 3 of this chapter.
(2)"Board" means any agency, board, advisory committee, or
group described in IC 25-0.5-5.
