Text
The board members, the secretary, his staff,
counsel, investigators and hearing officer of every regulatory board,
except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, shall be immune from
civil liability for damages for conduct within the scope and arising out
of the performance of their duties. This section shall not be construed
to include civil actions for damages not directly related to the
investigative process and shall apply only to the process for the finding
of fact of the regulatory board.
