§ 25-1-3-1 — Definitions
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 3 Civil Immunity of Regulatory Agencies
(a)As used in this chapter, the term "regulatory
board" means any state board, commission, or state agency which
licenses persons in order to regulate the practice of a particular
profession or professions.
(b)As used in this chapter, the term "board members" means
members of a regulatory board.
(c)As used in this chapter, the term "secretary" means the executive
secretary or other person charged with the administration of the affairs
of a regulatory board.
