Text
(a)As used in this chapter, the term "regulatory
board" means any state board, commission, or state agency which
licenses persons in order to regulate the practice of a particular
profession or professions.
(b)As used in this chapter, the term "board members" means
members of a regulatory board.
(c)As used in this chapter, the term "secretary" means the executive
secretary or other person charged with the administration of the affairs
of a regulatory board.
