Text
As used in this chapter, "puberty blocking drugs" means:
(1)gonadotropin releasing hormone analogues or other synthetic
drugs used to stop luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating
hormone secretion; or
(2)synthetic antiandrogen drugs used to block the androgen
receptor;
when used for the purpose of assisting an individual with a gender
transition.
