§ 25-1-21-7 — License or certificate from other state or jurisdiction

(a)If an applicant's current license or
certificate from one (1) other state or jurisdiction is verified by the
board and the applicant has met the requirements in sections 5 and 6 of
this chapter, the applicant shall be issued a license or certificate not
more than thirty (30) days after the requirements are met.
(b)Not later than the first renewal of the license or certificate issued
by the board under subsection (a), any remaining licenses or
certificates from other states or jurisdictions must be verified to be in
good standing by the board for the license or certificate to be renewed.
