Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 20 Effect of a State Disaster Emergency on Professional
This chapter applies during a period of a state disaster emergency declared under IC 10-14-3-12 to respond to COVID-19, if the state of disaster emergency was declared:
(1)after February 29, 2020; and
(2)before April 1, 2022.
