§ 25-1-2-5 — Rules and regulations

Notice shall be given and forms prepared by such licensing agencies as necessary to execute the provisions of this chapter and in order to expedite and effectuate the conversion from one
(1)year licensing periods to those of two (2) years, such licensing
agencies may adopt and promulgate such rules and regulations they
may deem necessary in the manner prescribed by law.
