§ 25-1-2-3 — Authorization to issue and reissue licenses
Indiana·Title 25 PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 2 Renewal of Licenses Granted by State Agencies ─ Notice
Subject to section 6(e) of this chapter, licensing
agencies shall issue and reissue licenses and collect license fees on the
basis of a licensing period. The entire fee for the issuance or renewal
of a license shall be payable before the issuance or renewal of the
license.
