§ 25-1-11-9 — Engineers or professional surveyors; grounds for disciplinary sanctions

A practitioner registered as an engineer or a professional surveyor is subject to the disciplinary sanctions under section 12 of this chapter if, after a hearing, the board finds that the practitioner:
(1)has permitted the practitioner's seal to be affixed to plans,
specifications, or drawings not prepared by the practitioner or
under the practitioner's personal supervision by the practitioner's
regularly employed subordinates; or
(2)has used the title "architect" or advertised to practice
architecture and is not registered under IC 25-4-1.
