Text
(a)As used in this chapter, except as
provided in subsection (b), "practitioner" means an individual who
holds a license issued by a board described in IC 25-0.5-11, including
a certificate of registration issued under IC 25-20.
(b)The term does not include a veterinarian licensed under IC 25-38.1.
