§ 25-1-10-4 — Direct primary care agreement not insurance; not subject to IC 27

(a)A direct primary care agreement is not
insurance and is not subject to IC 27.
(b)Entering into a direct primary care agreement is not the business
of insurance and is not subject to IC 27.
(c)A primary care provider or an employer of a primary care
provider that enters into a direct primary care agreement is not required
to obtain a certificate of authority under IC 27-1-3-20.
