Text
A loan processor shall comply with all of the following:
(1)The federal Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.).
(2)The federal Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (12 U.S.C.
2601 et seq.).
(3)The federal Equal Credit Opportunity Act (15 U.S.C. 1691 et
seq.).
(4)Any other federal law concerning residential mortgage
lending.
