Text

(a)A loan processing company shall, before engaging in loan processing activities, file with the commissioner on a form prescribed by the commissioner an irrevocable consent appointing the secretary of state as the loan processing company's agent to receive service of process in a noncriminal suit, action, or proceeding against the loan processing company arising from a violation of this article.
(b)Service of process described in subsection (a) must be made in accordance with Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure.
