Text
An applicant for licensure, or renewal of a
license, under this chapter shall file with the commissioner, in a form
prescribed by the commissioner, an irrevocable consent appointing the
secretary of state as the applicant's agent for service of process in any
noncriminal suit, action, or proceeding against the applicant arising
from the violation of this article. Service shall be made in accordance
with the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure.
