Text
(a)The commissioner shall issue a license and
license number to an applicant for a license issued under this chapter
if the applicant meets the applicable licensure requirements under this
chapter.
(b)A license issued under this chapter expires on December 31 of
the year during which the license is issued.
(c)If an initial or a renewal application for a license is denied or
withdrawn, the commissioner shall retain the application fee paid.
