Text
(a)A loan broker may not operate a branch
office in Indiana unless the loan broker first obtains a:
(1)unique identifier from the Nationwide Multistate Licensing
System; and
(2)branch office license from the commissioner.
(b)A loan broker shall apply to the commissioner for a branch
office license under this article.
