The repeal of IC 23-2-5 does not affect any:
(1)rules adopted under IC 23-2-5-11;
(2)action taken under IC 23-2-5; or
(3)right, privilege, obligation, or liability acquired, accrued, or
incurred under IC 23-2-5;
as in effect before their repeal.
